Credit packs are generally non-refundable after credits are used because compute and transcription costs are incurred immediately.

If a paid job fails because EZLink cannot process the submitted links, unused credits should remain available or be restored.

Subscription cancellations stop future renewals. Partial-month refunds are handled case by case.

Customers should test a small batch before buying large packages.
